UNIQUE: Lady Detalle is a woman-owned small business, focused on design & creation of unique, historically appropriate jewelry, with a focus on the 18th & 19th centuries, especially VICTORIAN. I also delve into other eras, my latest obsessions include Egyptian and Roman and other ANCIENT jewelry, and Renaissance and Medieval jewelry. I have studied the jewelry of these periods daily for decades. I source available high quality stones and supplies (or get them custom made/plated), combined with unique vintage and antique Nos (new old stock) supply, to create and bring you designs that LOOK like they could have come straight from each era (but are not copies). I am inspired by the many historic portraits, extant and antique jewelry and fashion plates, for my original and UNIQUE, historically inspired Victorian, Regency, Georgian & Edwardian jewelry designs. FINDINGS: My findings/settings are nickel-free, lead-free smooth and easy-to-wear high quality plated brass, great for most SENSITIVE ears: 16k gold, silver or gunmetal. Loops (hoops), Lever backs (thin or fixed), Thin Wires (kidney) and Non Pierced upgrade (adjustable screw back clip-on). Upgrade to gold filled thin wires, vermeil and 925 Sterling Silver thin Lever backs.
